Kundalini Yoga is a yoga of awareness. It is simple and truly effective combination of physical exercises, meditation, visualisation and the knowledge of breathing. Everything in our life is measured with the amount of prana (life force) in our system. When we breathe we move the prana. Deeper we breathe calmer we become. Our thoughts get peaceful, our words get kind, and our actions get thoughtful and respectful. Chakra balance has everything to do with how we breathe. Kundalini Yoga is a breathing mediation in action.
