We don't need to pay any attention to our chakras (energy centers) but still they constantly working FOR us. Chakras communicate with us guiding us toward well being.
Chakras are energy centers located around the spine starting from the tailbone and going up to the top of the head. Aura is the eight chakra, it's the electromagnetic field surrounding the body. When these centers are in balance we feel good, we are energetic and happy. We take new situations in life as positive challenges, knowing that they're our opportunities to grow.
But if the chakras are not in balance we tend to see only the shadow sides in life. Staying positive is then a true challenge. In Chakra Pathworking we learn tools to silent our mind, so that we're able to hear and feel these subtle signs, that are always guiding us to our well being.
