Theme of the week is creativity. The element of second chakra is water. When the flow of water through our body is great the flow of energy is also great. Drink plenty of water all week. Pay attention to your relationships, how do you feel with people around you? Unbalanced second chakra can create problems with money and sexuality. Physically the problems with second chakra can appear as hormonal unbalance or with problems with reproductive system.
During the week meditate on abundance. Be grateful of what ever you have. Forgive and forget.
- Colour the middle root of your tree (chakra #2) with ORANGE.
- Ask yourself and write to your notebook: How do I feel about my goals? Do I see obstacles on my way?
- Take a long walk outdoors. Creativity begins with a touch. Connect with the nature.
- Take a bath or go swimming. Enjoy water in every way possible.
- Be grateful and enjoy your life!
- Exercise daily.
Here is one exercise (out of four 2nd chakra exercises) for you to do everyday this week:
2nd Chakra Exercise
Before the following exercise, I recommend that you do warming up exercises, preferably Kundalini Yoga exercises as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
1. Stand up. Open your feet but keep your heels touching.
2. Bend your knees and come down to A Frog pose. Fingertips stay on the floor throughout the exercise.
3. Inhale and lift your hip up. Chin comes down to the chest. Try to keep your heels up from the floor during the exercise.
4. Exhale and come back down, lifting your head up and opening your chest.
5. Continue 26 times.
Benefits: Helps to keep spine flexible, and relaxes tension in back muscles. Helps to release toxins especially from thigh area. Releases sexual energy moving it up toward the upper chakras.
Kundalini energy is our creative energy. We use it in everything we do.
